“Thank you for speaking last week to our hospital staff. Your talk bought tears to my eyes. It bought me out of a place I didn’t know I was in. This seems to be a yearly cycle of a grey patch. Being medical, you tend to say to yourself - you must be lacking in something maybe it’s vitamin : B12, iron, maybe you need antibiotics for this.... After your talk I got out of bed instead of lying down and staring at the wall.. I got up and went for a walk that next day, took some deep breaths, in....and smelt the air around me and actually looked up and around at nature, listened to some music.
