"Just letting you know that this is the best course I have ever done with the Bank and I have completed plenty. The information made sense and is totally relevant and helpful to use both in the PSC role and in life in general. Lance was so engaging that the time flew by. I could have spent days just getting involved in this learning and still have only touched the surface. Given the presentation length I have come away with notes, ideas and motivation. What makes it even better is all the staff here who attended are so engaged after attending this session. We are all still talking about it and what we are doing with it. I don’t normally write a review but I would suggest that every staff member should be able to complete this course it was amazing subject matter and simple ideas for maximum impact and Lance was so passionate."
